One account per client, or one account for all: neither works

Run each client in a separate account and your analysts juggle logins, evidence ends up scattered, and every new client is another setup. Put every client into one shared account and you lose the separation clients expect: their domains, their verdicts, and their evidence mixed in with someone else's, and no clean way to invite the client's own people.

- A tenant per client. Each client's domains, members, triage verdicts, campaigns, and evidence live in that client's tenant and nowhere else.
- Your staff across them. Your analysts get partner access to the client tenants you manage and switch between them from one tenant picker, triaging and exporting evidence under each client's tenant.
- Client tenants you create and staff. Open a tenant for a new client, name it, add its domains, and invite the client's own people as members, within the seats that tenant's plan allows.
- Seats and licences per tenant. Each client tenant carries its own domain licences and seats, so one client's portfolio never uses up another's allowance. We set each tenant's plan with you.

What we do not do
VigilDNS is monitoring and evidence, not a managed service. It never files, sends, or contacts a registrar for you or your clients; your staff send the drafts from your own mail. Can we sign up for partner access online?
No. Multi-client tenants are arranged under Enterprise, by conversation, so we can size seats and licences to your client list and set up partner access for your staff. Request a quote from the pricing page and we will take it from there.
Can our clients log in?
Yes. Invite a client's people into that client's tenant as members. They see their own domains, findings, and evidence, not your other clients.
Does VigilDNS take sites down for our clients?
No. VigilDNS prepares takedown-ready drafts and evidence bundles; your staff or the client's counsel send them. It never files, sends, or contacts a registrar.
Do you cover marketplaces and social media?
No. VigilDNS covers domains and the websites on them, including counterfeit storefronts on their own domains. Marketplace listings and social media accounts are a separate layer covered by marketplace tools.
